Professional Photography

In order to keep Windsor Castle Park picture-perfect, it is important to provide funding for the staff and maintenance needed to maintain this venue's beauty. Your purchase of a photography pass helps provide that funding, and we appreciate every pass purchased. Please read the Professional Photography Policies below and check blackout dates before submitting application for photography session pass.  

Only professional photography must complete the Photography Pass form. The cost for a one day photography pass is $25.   Please do not submit more than one month out but at least 5 days prior to session(s).

 Policies

  1. All professional photography will require a photography pass.  
  2. This pass is only good for the exterior grounds and park, not the interior of the Manor House. Email us for more information. 
  3. Each pass is good for one day of photography in the park, but you can book multiple sessions for that day. If you need more than one day, you will need to purchase more than one pass.
  4. Blackout dates are subject to change when a new event is booked.
  5. If you are interested in doing a film shoot in the park, please email us.
  6. We do not allow confetti, seeds, artificial petals, powder cannons, or any other items that can harm the park's natural environment anywhere in the park.
  7. We do not allow drones anywhere in the park.
  8. When using the Manor House exterior, please remember this is a working venue and park office. The staff may ask you to relocate temporarily if the area is needed to conduct business.
  9. Please be respectful of park-goers, staff, and other photographers.
  10. If you are photographing a large party that will need to park more than 6 cars at the park, please email us to determine the best place for parking that day.
  11. Please have a screenshot of your invoice available during your session.
  12. Daily passes are good for the use of the park as is. If you would like to use any props, you will need to contact the Site Manager for approval email us.
  13. Elopements are not included with the photography pass. If you would like to use the park for an elopement, please email us for more information.
